Compleat Kidz is currently interviewing for a Front Desk Patient Advocate to work in our Lincolnton, NC Pediatric outpatient clinic.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrates integrity, honesty, teamwork and genuine concern for others

Education : High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Associates degree or above is preferred.

Experience : At least 2 years experience as a front desk/receptionist and 2 years of customer service experience. Prefer health care experience.

Skills : Basic computer experience, familiar with Microsoft office suite. Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
