ACTUAL WAGE MEMORANDUM

This memorandum is prepared in accordance with the regulations of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) at 20 CFR Section 655.700 regarding the Labor Condition Application (LCA) filed by Comprehab, LLC d/b/a Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy (“Comprehab”) for the position of Physical Therapist at:

501 Health Services Drive, Seaford, DE 19973

Actual Wage Rate

Pursuant to the LCA, the Physical Therapist will be paid a salary of $38.89 to $40.00 per hour.  In determining the actual wage for this position, the following factors were considered:

1. Experience, including whether the applicant has been previously employed in this position, the length of any such employment, the type of employment (i.e. supervisory in nature), and, the depth and breadth of such employment;
2. Educational background, including the level of education obtained, the existence of special educational achievements (such as superior class rank or other distinction), and the reputation of the educational facility or facilities attended;
3. Job responsibility and function, including nature of duties and responsibilities to be performed and degree of supervision to be exercised;
4. Possession of specialized knowledge, skills or training; and
5. Other indicators of performance/ability, including job references, performance evaluations, awards, achievements and/or accomplishments.

We also may consider other legitimate business factors such as the current market for individuals with the applicant’s experience and qualifications.  The consideration of such factors conforms to recognized principles of industry practice. 

Prevailing Wage Rate – The wage offered by Comprehab will exceed the prevailing wage. Documentation confirming the prevailing wage is attached. 

 

Benefits – Comprehab routinely offers benefits and eligibility for benefits to H-1B workers in the same basis and according to the same criteria as those offered to U.S. workers in similar occupations.  A benefit summary is either contained in this file or in a separate public access file and is incorporated by reference.

 

Notice

Notice of the filing of the LCA and H-1B petition was posted according to regulation for a period of ten days as indicated in the posting notice in this file.
