Compleat Rehab and Sports Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist who would like to join our Locust – Adult Rehab family. We are looking for a therapist who has a heart to work in their community.
The clinic is located at 1800 West Main Street and is open 7am to 6pm Monday – Thursday and 7am to 12 noon on Friday.
Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy started out as a single outpatient practice offering Physical Therapy in Gastonia, NC in 1987. In the 30 years since, we’ve expanded to more than 15 clinics in North and South Carolina and are continuing to grow. Duties include:
• Evaluates patients and establishes appropriate patient care plan to include necessary modalities, procedures, exercise programs, and patient education as warranted by the patient's diagnosis and condition.
• Communicates patient's evaluation and subsequent progress to physician and other referral sources in a timely fashion.
• Performs documentation in a manner that is legible, accurate, timely, and according to departmental policy, including evaluations, tests, progress notes, daily treatment notes patient/family education, outcomes, discharge notes, and charges as needed.

Education and Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science, Master's Certificate, Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Physical Therapy licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• Evidence of ongoing continuing education in clinical areas.
• 3-5 years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but New Graduates are encouraged to apply.
