Who We Are Looking for

The Vice President of Operations is a key executive leader responsible for overseeing the company’s operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership to drive operational excellence across all aspects of the organization. The VP of Operations works closely with the executive team to implement initiatives that support growth, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to establish operational goals.
  • Streamline business processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
  • Develop and manage the operations budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex operations and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and performance.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency in operational technologies and data analytics tools.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the big picture.

Physical Demands
