We're hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Gastonia, NC, a vibrant and affordable city just outside Charlotte, known for its family-friendly neighborhoods, local charm, and access to outdoor activities like Crowders Mountain.

In this role, you'll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, support patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training, and document daily progress per compliance standards. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy support under the direction of a Physical Therapist, delivering evidence-based treatments and assisting with patient care activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure charting compliance, and help patients progress through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and home programs.
• Uphold safety standards while demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• NC PTA License
• Must be adaptable, organized, and professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, handle confidential information with integrity, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Fluency in English required, additional languages a plus.
